Holistic Approach to Coaching

Holistic Approach to Coaching Addresses the Whole You

Embark on a Journey Toward Transformation

My holistic approach to coaching is rooted in the understanding that each individual possesses an innate wisdom and potential for transformation. Healing and growth arise through introspection, relational exploration, and new experiences, with the integration of these insights facilitated by a trusted guide(s). These processes are the seeds of transformation, which bloom when mind, body, and spirit are nurtured in harmony within a supportive community and environment. While healing and growth occur on the individual level, they do not arise in isolation. The people in your communities and the environments you inhabit play pivotal roles in supporting your evolution. In our coaching sessions, every aspect of your life receives attention and care, bringing you closer to balance and wholeness.

The Whole is greater than the Sum of its Parts

The guiding philosophy is that mind and body are not disparate aspects of a person, but rather interconnected facets of the same whole. Within this whole lies the spirit, which strives to exist in harmony with the environment and connection with community. Emotional, mental and / or physical suffering indicate an imbalance in one or more of these aspects. The approach used in coaching promotes including all parts of a person and bring illumination and care to that which needs attention.

Embracing Diversity in Healing Approaches

Throughout our lives, we encounter both positive and negative judgments based on various aspects of our appearance, including gender, race, body size, aesthetic presentation, and any visible physical challenges we may have. These factors shape our psyches, along with family dynamics, cultural background, past traumas, supportive relationships and inherent personality traits. The convergence of these influences can sometimes lead to limiting attitudes and beliefs that hinder our true potential. While individuals may have similar lived experiences, the ways in which we are organized internally can be infinitely diverse. While traversing the journey of healing, understanding the impact and reality of your unique diversities is vital.

This diversity is embraced through a comprehensive range of talk-based and touch-based methods (in Rosen Method Bodywork), carefully curated to address the multifaceted aspects of healing and growth. With a commitment to nurturing every individual’s distinct path toward wholeness and self-discovery, a supportive environment is imbued with curiosity, allowing healing and growth to flourish.

Empowering Through Education

In our Somatic Consulting sessions empowerment arises from the synergy between your lived experience and my expertise in somatics and mental health. Together, this collaboration wields the potential to foster genuine, enduring transformation. Whether you’re seeking personal evolution individually or as a couple, your journey forward should be informed by both somatic inquiry and psycho-education, empowering you to understand your own path as it unfolds. In this process, I serve as your guide assisting you along the path, while you hold the vision of our final destination.

A life that is truly lived is constantly burning away the veils of illusion, gradually revealing the essence of the individual.
